My Girls

So today I took my Camera, dusted it off and took some much needed pictures of my growing girls. Promising them the world if they would just look cute and smile. Lets see Naomi wanted chocolate for this whole ordeal and Isabella a pink chapstick. We had fun, one of them would smile perfectly while the other one had her finger in her nose. It was worth it all.

Giving It Another Go, why not?

So heres the thing I love reading other peoples blogs and I love the idea of having an online journal to keep for family, friends and myself for years and years to come....But lets get practical, how do people do this? First of all TIME, laundry or blogging, dinner or blogging, how to do it all? Secondly, a thing called SMARTS, computer smarts that is. I've been, hmm lets use the word blessed to have a husband who breathes computer knowledge, So any time I need something done I have him do it. Thirdly, BLOG LIVING, I know myself, I could really get into living just to blog about it instead of simply blogging about life adventures. Maybe I am overreacting about this one. Anyways despite all of these I've decided to give it another go and hope to keep it up, even if it's just a picture. And if I fail, well facebook we love you!

Snapping Alenka

My friend Alenka just had her third baby, a little boy. But a day before I was able to take some pictures of her last time being pregnant. It was a little hectic, taking pictures while also keeping our eyes on four children but I got a few nice ones and a whole lot of memories for her to enjoy.

Naomi's Transportation

Matej called me outside to see this one. He was teaching Isabella how to use her bike brakes and decided the safest place for Naomi was to be in the basket of the bike. It worked!

Cherry Pick'in Time

It's that time of year again and we made it back from America just in time to hand pick juicy cherries off the trees in our backyard. I felt like a farmer, enjoying the fruits of labor, except without the laboring part, just simply partaking in one of God's many blessings! Isabella had a great time picking but mostly eating the "strawberries", as she so called them. Doesn't surprise me everything in her world is pink and strawberry. It was a fun day! So next June, your all welcome to come to Slovenia and pick some cherries.
